For optimal results, use an automatic chlorine feeder or floating dispenser designed for this product. While this product can be placed in a skimmer basket, it can cause serious damage to your pump and filter system as the highly chlorinated water is being pulled into the filter system through the skimmer.

Balance The Pool

To provide an ideal product performance, swimmer comfort, and crystal clear water, always maintain the following chemistry levels:

pH: 7.2 - 7.6

Total Alkalinity: 80 - 120 PPM

Calcium Hardness: 200 - 400 PPM

CYA: 30 - 40 PPM

Lastly, please remember that this product contains CYA, and as such the CYA concentration in your pool will rise over time. If your CYA level reaches 70 or higher, you may need to dilute the water by partially draining and filling your pool. Once the CYA level rises above 70, chlorine becomes increasingly less effective.
