Shipping Policy

All orders will be shipped within one business day, & delivery will be guaranteed within 5-business days for standard orders. More than 90% of UPS Ground Orders are delivered within 3 days or less.

Processing Timeframes

Orders placed Monday through Saturday before 12PM will be shipped out same-day.

If an item is out-of-stock at the time your order is placed or will not be in until the following day, where possible, we will cover expedited shipping costs to meet the anticipated delivery date.

Standard Shipping

For most pool equipment, accessories, and chemicals, we ship via UPS Ground or similar carriers. These shipments typically arrive within 1-5 business days depending on your location.

Free express shipping is available on all orders within continental United States, unless otherwise noted on the product page. No minimums required.

Freight Shipments

Larger items such as pool filters, heaters, pumps, and bulk chemical orders may require freight shipping due to their size or weight.

Important: Freight deliveries require someone to be present at the delivery address to inspect and sign for the merchandise. All freight shipments, unless otherwise noted, ship free.

Freight Delivery Process

For all freight shipments:

  • The carrier will contact you 24-48 hours before delivery to schedule a delivery window.
  • Please inspect all items before signing for delivery, noting any damage on the delivery receipt.
  • Liftgate service & residential delivery are included, where applicable, for all Freight Shipments at no additional charge.

Shipping Restrictions

Some pool chemicals and hazardous materials cannot be shipped to certain locations or may require special handling.

Important: Hazardous materials, such as Muriatic Acid, will require a signature upon delivery per DOT regulations.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order through your account on our website.
